We operate the website mundolanugo.com, the Mundo Lanugo YouTube channel, the @mundolanugo social media accounts, and related Mundo Lanugo content and products. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who this site is for

Mundo Lanugo creates entertainment for children, but this website and our social channels are directed at parents, guardians, educators, and business partners — the adults who choose our content for their families. We do not design this website to collect information from children.

Information you give us. If you contact us through the site, by email (hola@mundolanugo.com), or through our social accounts, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you subscribe to a newsletter, we collect your email address.

Like most websites, our site (hosted on Squarespace) and its analytics tools may automatically collect standard technical data: browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address, using cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

What we do NOT collect. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not sell personal information. Our internal publishing tools (software we use to upload and schedule our own videos to our own channels) do not collect any information from viewers or third parties.

Children’s privacy (COPPA)

We take children’s privacy seriously.

•     This website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at hola@mundolanugo.com and we will delete it.

•     Our videos on YouTube are designated “made for kids.” On made-for-kids content, YouTube limits data collection and disables features such as personalized advertising and comments, in accordance with YouTube’s policies and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Data collected by YouTube in connection with viewing our videos is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and YouTube’s made-for-kids practices, not by us — we do not receive personal information about viewers of our YouTube content.

•     Our content on Instagram and Facebook is published to accounts directed at parents. Data collected by those platforms is governed by Meta’s Privacy Policy.

How we use information

We use the information described above to respond to inquiries, send newsletters you’ve requested, operate and improve our website and content, manage business relationships (press, licensing, partnerships), and comply with legal obligations.
