Lanugo Inc. ("Lanugo Media," "Mundo Lanugo," "we," "us," "our")

Welcome to mundolanugo.com. These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Lanugo Inc., a Delaware corporation with offices in Coral Gables, Florida. They govern your use of the website mundolanugo.com (the "Site") and the Mundo Lanugo content we publish on third-party platforms, including our YouTube channel and our @mundolanugo social media accounts (together with the Site, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Who may use the Services
The Site is intended for adults — parents, guardians, educators, and business partners — who are at least 18 years old. Our video content is made for children, but the Site itself is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Children should use our content on YouTube and other platforms under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and subject to those platforms' own terms and parental controls.
Our content and your license to use it
All content on the Services — including videos, characters, music, songs, illustrations, artwork, scripts, text, logos, trademarks, and the Mundo Lanugo name and characters — is owned by Lanugo Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and enjoy our content for your own non-commercial personal or family use, and to share links to it.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- copy, download, rip, re-upload, mirror, or redistribute our videos, music, or artwork;
- create derivative works from, remix, dub, or re-edit our content;
- use our content, characters, names, or logos commercially, including in advertising, merchandise, apps, compilations, or monetized channels;
- remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice;
- use automated means to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content from the Services.
Educators and libraries: non-commercial classroom and story-time use of our publicly available videos, streamed from the official platforms, is permitted and welcome. For anything beyond that — licensing, live events, publishing, translation, or distribution — contact us at hola@mundolanugo.com.
Acceptable use
When using the Services, you agree not to:
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or any related systems or networks;
- introduce malware or any harmful code;
- use the Services to violate any law or to infringe anyone's rights;
- impersonate Lanugo Inc., Mundo Lanugo, or any of our staff, or misrepresent an affiliation with us;
- post or transmit content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate, particularly given the family audience of our brand.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services, or remove content, at our discretion.
Content you send us
If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, questions, artwork, or other materials ("Submissions"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute those Submissions for any purpose, without compensation or attribution. Do not send us confidential information or ideas you expect to be kept secret or paid for. You represent that you have the right to send us anything you submit.
Third-party platforms and links
The Services link to and depend on third-party platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and app stores. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not by these Terms. For example, use of our YouTube channel is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, advertising, or practices of third-party sites or platforms, or for content that others post about or alongside ours.
Our internal publishing tools
We use our own software to prepare, schedule, and upload our videos to our own channels. These tools are internal, are not offered to the public, and do not collect information from viewers or third parties. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to access or use them.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any content is accurate or complete.
Our content is intended for entertainment and general educational enrichment. It is not professional educational, developmental, medical, or psychological advice.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANUGO INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lanugo Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Copyright complaints
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to hola@mundolanugo.com including: your contact information; identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the material you claim is infringing and where it is located; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and your physical or electronic signature.
Changes to the Services and to these Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms; the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Lanugo Inc. regarding the Services. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
